Professional and pedagogical responsibility

• Professional responsibility for the planning, organisation and further development of the FIAT offer
• Planning and implementation of work-educational individual and group settings
• Design of learning and development fields to test and promote work ability
• Observation and assessment of work-relevant competences, resources and development potentials
• Support and promotion of people with mental impairments in dealing with their work ability and professional perspective
• Key worker role for around 10 participants: status assessments, support planning and implementation
• Case management in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
• Support of participants in the development of personal, social and work-related competences
• Documentation according to cantonal requirements
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team

• Completed training as a care specialist EFZ, social pedagogue HF/FH or work educator or equivalent
• Craft or technical interest and/or prior training
• Ideally professional experience in supporting people with mental impairments
• Resilient, empathetic and structured personality with high social competence
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good written expression skills for reports and documentation
