What you will do
- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Organisation of the daily routine in the production kitchen and support within the team
- Supervision of food distribution and involvement at the front
- Planning, preparation and cooking of food for special events
- Ensuring production for the following day as well as for delivery operations
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook and at least three years of professional experience in this occupation
- You hold a valid driving licence category B
- Clean and independent working style
- Hands-on, flexible, resilient and team-oriented

Your place of work
In the Anton Graff House canteen at the BMS in Winterthur, you will pamper our customers with 3 employees daily around 250 guests. The high-quality, attractive and varied offer consists of various menus, free choice buffet, salad buffet and snacks. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, each day between 06:00 and 17:00, depending on the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends. For occasional special events in the evening and at weekends, you are flexibly deployable.
The workload is to be understood as an annual total workload. During school holidays (13 weeks) the operation is closed. Holidays and overtime are taken during this time.
