Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Together with our long-standing client, a retirement home in the greater Baden area, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist or Health Professional (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. The workload is from 80% in day service and the start date is immediate or by arrangement.
Tasks
- At our client, you have the obligation to provide professional and always expert care and support to the residents
- Additionally, you assist the residents in complex and demanding everyday situations and are their contact person in case of uncertainties
- You professionally document noticeable changes in your daily and shift responsibilities and initiate first steps if possible
- Furthermore, you support your nursing management in quality assurance and the implementation of professional care for elderly people
Requirements Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist/Health Professional EFZ or an equivalent SRK recognition
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in long-term care and can demonstrate this
- In addition, you can communicate well in German both orally and in writing and are familiar with common ERP systems
- Your character traits should include resilience, flexibility, and loyalty
