- You are responsible for the analysis and design of technical as well as professional processes, coordinate system integration with the involved subsystems, and define the required interfaces.
- You develop the "What" by analyzing and specifying our business requirements (functional and non-functional) for our software solutions – for this, you also perform system and context boundaries.
- In doing so, you divide the requirements into smaller segments to work out the "How" in close collaboration with our software engineers.
- You ensure the quality of this implementation through reviews and test executions (including test concept and definition of acceptance criteria).
- You create clear and precise specifications (including the necessary elements such as UML, BPMN diagrams) – your documentation is the guide for the entire development phase.
- You also support the operational part and take over support when users report problems.

Your Skills and Talents
- Experience in requirements engineering – you know the methods and tools and know how to use them. A degree or further education in computer science or software engineering is an advantage.
- An analytical mindset and an eye for detail – nothing escapes you!
- Passion for documentation and problem solving – you love turning complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions and documenting them in writing.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit – you enjoy working with others to find solutions.
- Service orientation – you see yourself as a service provider and are happy to regularly take on duty shifts in support for our users.
- Language skills – you speak German and English or are willing to further develop your skills accordingly.
