We are looking for an inspiring leader who will take our Business Unit Lubricants to the next level with foresight, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Your tasks
You take over the professional and personnel leadership of a motivated team and develop your employees purposefully – individually and as a unit
Together with the leadership team of your business unit, you develop and implement the strategic direction of the business area
You are responsible for the strategic coordination with our key partners and enter into new cooperations with the goal of sustainable growth
You develop growth plans and keep an eye on KPIs such as sales and trading profit
You bear full responsibility for budget, marketing, and sales activities in the Business Unit Lubricants
You manage our existing key accounts and further develop them – and win new customers and projects that sustainably strengthen our business
You develop smart conversation strategies and skillfully implement sales and marketing strategies
You work closely with technical, internal sales, product management, and marketing – for an optimal customer experience
You think cross-business unit, recognize opportunities, and use them for up- and cross-selling activities
You spend about 50–70 % of your time on the road, close to the market and our customers
Your talents and experience
You have a technical basic education, complemented by a business management further education and several years of experience in key account management
With leadership experience and leadership skills, you lead with clarity, energy, and empathy – develop talents, build trust, and advance your team
You are a true sales personality with a passion for sustainable business development
You think entrepreneurially, analyze with foresight, and develop well-thought-out sales strategies to steer sustainable growth in a targeted manner
You are strong in communication, move confidently at all levels, and convey ideas clearly and convincingly
With your positive energy, your innovative spirit, and your can-do mentality, you bring in fresh ideas and drive topics forward with enthusiasm
You master Excel like a pro, feel comfortable with numbers, and create convincing presentations in PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is a plus
Very good German and English skills complete your profile
