About the job
Your Tasks
We are looking for you as a health professional or qualified nurse for our night shift team.
Within your area of expertise, you care for our approximately 80 residents and ensure holistic, individual care. As a night shift nurse, you take primary responsibility for nursing care during your shift. You ensure proper electronic nursing documentation and apply the LTCF/RAI system according to our nursing standards.
As an important contact person, you support our residents and take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing care and support processes. Your main duties also include administering prescribed medications as well as other medical and administrative tasks.

Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Communication skills
