Product Clerk in the Supply and Civil Engineering Sector (100%)
Your tasks
- Telephone customer advice and sales
- Recording and processing customer orders and offers
- Inventory management including demand-optimized purchasing and exploiting the best conditions in procurement
- Recurring administrative tasks such as monitoring delivery dates, invoice reconciliation, and handling backlogs
- Assistance with master data maintenance (item master, purchasing conditions)
- Support for team leaders, field staff, and sales points
- Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers
- Active participation in internal continuous improvement processes
Profile requirements
- You are a team player and appreciate working with people
- You have training and/or the required experience in building services and ideally in supply and civil engineering
- You bring commercial knowledge and are accustomed to working with common application software such as Microsoft Office, ERP order processing systems (Enventa, SAP, or similar)
- Networked thinking and service-oriented working style
- You enjoy contact with customers, suppliers, and internal contacts
- French language skills are an advantage
