The "Kafi Zytlos" is the heart of this institution and includes a gastronomy operation with an open and warm welcoming culture. The social diakonia team offers, in addition to gastrodiakonia, a variety of offerings in different areas, including the worship format "Uszyt" as well as programs on mindfulness, art, and much more. Specialist in Gastrodiakonie "Zytlos"

Your tasks

• Conducting diaconal and pastoral conversations
• Professional support of the members of the gastrodiakonia team
• Further development of formats and their implementation
• Community building and networking
• Host at Kafi Zytlos on Friday and Wednesday mornings
• Conveying diaconal skills to service staff

Your profile

• Degree in social diakonia, psychology, or coaching
• Solid diaconal understanding and practical experience in the church-diaconal context
• Theological basic understanding and experience in conducting conversations and pastoral care
• Empathetic, trustworthy personality with joy in the host role
• Preferably a member of a national church
