Job Description
The Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Clinical Psychology, organised by the Psychology Section (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences) of the University of Geneva, offers comprehensive and in-depth training in this field.
As part of the administrative management of the MAS in Clinical Psychology, we wish to recruit a
Administrative Clerk 5
The selected person will be responsible for three distinct task areas related to the training and activities of the MAS in Clinical Psychology:
- Collaboration with the programme management as well as anyone involved in the implementation of the various programme modules, including federal bodies responsible for regulatory and accreditation aspects (Federal Department of the Interior and Federal Office of Public Health).
- Coordination/administration and financial management of the MAS programmes and activities.
- Communication/marketing for the programmes
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education level: Commercial/professional maturity or equivalent training, complemented by a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative position with a similar level of responsibility.
Furthermore, this position requires the following specific skills and abilities:
- Use of multimedia and web development tools, Limesurvey or other survey platforms.
- Flexibility, organisation and anticipation in managing tasks and priorities
- Autonomy, discretion and diplomacy in professional interactions
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent writing skills and strong communication abilities, notably for report writing, partner communication and content management.
The following knowledge would be an asset:
- Specific regulations applicable to the field of training and academic management
- Administrative standards and procedures related to training accreditation
- Understanding of practices and legal requirements in clinical training management
- Mastery of programme management tools and communication with institutional partners
- Knowledge of international standards in education and professional training
- Strong interest, or knowledge, in clinical psychology regulated by the LPSY (Law on Psychology Professions) and in the awarding of associated federal titles

The activity rate will be 20% during the first two months, then 40% from 1 October 2026.
