Specialist Objections ALV 80 - 100%Do you want to make a difference with your work and are looking for a meaningful task? Then this position could be just right for you. At the Office for Labor (AFA), you will work to ensure that the labor market in the canton of Zurich remains fair, efficient, and future-proof – together with around 600 colleagues at over 20 locations.
Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for reinforcement. You can become part of our team immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
• You independently prepare objection decisions, clarify legal questions, and obtain all relevant documents
• You obtain information from RAV, unemployment insurance funds, employers, and other agencies
• You draft statements for the Social Insurance Court of the canton of Zurich
• Additionally, you support the review of sanction reports and the preparation of dismissal orders as needed

What you bring
• A 3-year commercial basic education and experience in case processing in the field of social insurance or written case processing
• Ideally, you have further training as a social insurance specialist or another equivalent qualification (or will complete it soon)
• Very good MS Office skills, precise expression, and enjoyment of writing
• Logical-analytical thinking and efficient working methods
• Confident handling of various stakeholders
