- analyze deviations, define appropriate corrective actions, and ensure their effective implementation.
- apply your in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and norms in a practical and production-oriented manner.
- actively share your know-how within the global network and support colleagues on regulatory and compliance topics.
- work closely with the departments of Production, R&D, Engineering, and Quality.
- occasionally travel as part of your activities (approx. 10%).
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a completed university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g., in a field such as Engineering or in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a comparable discipline.
- bring a strong technical background and several years of experience in quality management in an industrial environment, ideally in production and audit areas.
- have very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, especially pressure equipment directives, hygienic applications, Ex regulations, and ideally approvals in the area of seals and marine.
- have experience implementing standards and norms in existing production processes as well as conducting assessments and audits.
- work process-oriented, pragmatically, and with a hands-on mentality and appreciate cross-departmental collaboration.
- have proven experience in building, further developing, and closing quality and compliance gaps.
What can you expect from us?
- A family-run, committed company with a sustainable vision
- Promotion of lifelong learning through diverse training and development opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning
- Support for a healthy work-life balance through flexible working hours
- Promotion of sustainable mobility solutions such as public transport
- Family-friendly offers, including childcare places and childcare during school holidays
