Your Mission
As Sales Manager for Institutional Clients, you are responsible for expanding and maintaining the institutional client network of MoneyPark and finovo. Your focus is on acquiring new partners – especially pension funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors – as well as on expanding existing relationships.
You are part of the newly created Business Development division and make a significant contribution to the next growth phase of MoneyPark and finovo.
Your Tasks
- Acquisition of institutional clients (especially pension funds, insurance companies) for the asset class mortgages
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships in the market with a focus on services for mortgage servicing and management by finovo
- Developing individual offers in collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Negotiations and contract conclusions with decision-makers at management level
- Contributing to the further development of the sales strategy in the Business Development area
- Representation of finovo and MoneyPark at relevant professional events and networking occasions
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the financial or pension environment
- Degree in business administration
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Knowledge of the Swiss mortgage and pension market is a great advantage
- Strong communication skills & sensitivity in dealing with customers and partners
- German as a native language, English and French are a great advantage
- Enjoy building new partnerships and acquiring customers
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent, and entrepreneurial way of working
