About the job
You support the lawyers of the Legal and Compliance department in administrative, organizational, and project-specific matters.
- Collaboration in a complex procurement project as well as support of project management with tender documents, meetings, and project documentation
- Support in the digitization and further development of processes in the Legal & Compliance area
- Participation in the search and appointment of FINMA officers
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up of project meetings and other committee appointments
- Support in document and information management as well as independent correspondence with internal and external contacts.
- Monitoring and management of deadlines, appointments, and pending tasks
- Commercial or legal-administrative training with further education in the field of law, compliance, or project support
- 2-5 years of professional experience in an assistant, project, or support function, ideally in a legal or regulated environment
- Very good organizational skills, a precise and reliable way of working, as well as a strong understanding of structured processes
- Confident handling of document and information management systems as well as very good MS Office skills
- High personal responsibility, discretion, and a service-oriented, proactive way of working
- Fluent oral and written communication in German (C2) as well as good French skills (B2), additional languages are an advantage
