Mechanic (m/f/d) 100% · from now or by arrangement Oetwil am See — from October 2026: Zürich-Stettbach (3 minutes from the station)

We develop and build patented TomBot systems for personalised strength training — precise hardware & sensors and software that responds to the person within seconds. Not just a routine job: you work on technical devices with real engineering interfaces.

Who we are looking for Someone with manual skills and a technical mind: you tackle topics independently, think in causes rather than symptoms, and bring energy — without needing every step to be dictated. If you understand systems and like taking responsibility, you fit with us.

Your tasks

• Assembly, installation and commissioning of technical assemblies and fitness systems
• Mechanics and wiring — close coordination with engineering and software
• Troubleshooting, optimisation and further development of existing systems
• Quality control, measurements and clean technical documentation
• Contributing ideas for concept, construction and process improvement
• Participation in the service team for machine maintenance
• Assembly and disassembly of machines as well as assistance with transport

Your profile

• Completed technical training as a mechanic / polymechanic (or equivalent) plus at least 2–3 years of professional experience
• Strong in mechanics; interest or experience in electrical engineering, circuit diagrams and sensors is a plus
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented — you see tasks through
• Interest in technology, automation and precise hardware
• Good German skills; English is an advantage
• Team player and strong communication skills
