FINANCE ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for handling the entire spectrum of financial and operational daily business; general ledger including accounts receivable/payable, cash management as well as tax and VAT accounting
- Assisting with the monthly closing and preparation of the annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- You are responsible for supporting the further development and implementation of an accounting and reporting manual, as well as monitoring compliance
- Assisting with the maintenance of our ERP system (ABACUS) and ensuring scalability of all processes for the future
- Supporting the preparation of operating and investment budgets
- Assisting with the monthly preparation and further development of the management information system including the development of new KPIs
- Supporting payroll accounting is also part of your duties.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a good track record as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma in finance and accounting
- You have good knowledge in accounting according to Swiss law (OR) and Swiss tax and VAT law
- You have experience in payroll accounting
- You have a pronounced analytical and interconnected way of thinking
- Very good knowledge of Excel / knowledge of ABACUS is an advantage
- Motivated, trustworthy personality who tackles challenges with a smile
- You speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (min. B2)
