Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Fanuc Programming

Activities

Setting up, operating and optimising CNC turning and milling machines
Programming and adjusting CNC programmes with Fanuc control
Creating and optimising machining programmes with Mastercam
Manufacturing precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
Monitoring production processes and ensuring the required quality
Carrying out measurement and quality controls
Maintaining and servicing production equipment within your own area of responsibility

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical basic training
Experience in CNC manufacturing, especially in turning and milling
Good knowledge of Fanuc programming
Experience with Mastercam
Confident reading of technical drawings
Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
Teamwork, reliability and initiative
