The regionally well-established retirement home Neukirch-Egnach (AWH) offers a lovely home to a total of 64 residents at the two locations Neukirch and Egnach, where their individuality and dignity are preserved and built upon their personal strengths. For our location in Neukirch, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a:

Care Assistant*helper SRK or a Care Assistant* (60% - 100%)

YOUR MISSION

• Caring for and supporting our valued residents
• Ensuring the required quality of care
• Assisting with the assessment of care needs
• Carrying out prescriptions and monitoring their effectiveness
• Co-creating a meaningful daily routine for our residents

YOUR SKILLS

• Recognised certificate as Care Assistant SRK or Care Assistant
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Responsible, respectful interaction with very elderly people
• Heart in the right place and a respectful basic attitude
• You are committed, motivated and enjoy working in a team
