What to expect
- You plan and further develop the annual learning offer of the Brack.Alltron Academy and ensure its quality
- The operational organisation of our learning offers is your responsibility – from rooms and infrastructure to materials, catering and participant support
- You organise the monthly Welcome Days for new employees and independently conduct individual programme items
- As Business Process Owner, you manage and optimise our Learning Management System including roles, permissions, data quality and user experience
- You publish, configure and manage learning offers in the LMS with regard to registrations, capacities and executions
- You design digital learning modules, create storyboards and implement e-learnings including SCORM configuration and testing
- With meaningful evaluations, you create transparency about usage, effectiveness, costs and capacities of our learning offers
- With target group-oriented communication and learner marketing, you make internal learning offers visible and attractive
- You professionally support two apprentices, plan their work assignments and assist them in their development
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or a degree in business administration, pedagogy, adult education or a related field
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role in the education or personnel development environment
- Proficient use of Learning Management Systems and enthusiasm for the further development of digital learning processes
- Experience in designing and implementing digital learning content including SCORM configuration
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent German at least at C1 level; French or English skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured and forward-looking working style with high initiative
- Strong organisational and coordination skills as well as a high service and quality awareness
- Professional communication, confident appearance and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Creativity and enthusiasm for modern, effective learning formats
