At our five locations in the Bern metropolitan area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialist departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your tasks
- Empathetic and professional care and support of our residents
- Important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- Taking over daily responsibility after training
- Active participation in the training of apprentices in health professions
Our requirements
- Enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care and the development of the specialist field
- Health specialist (or DN I, or FA SRK) with professional experience
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality with a high quality mindset
