About the job
The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the care organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.
At tilia, we place great value on humanity, interprofessional collaboration, and mutual support. We create a working environment that focuses on quality, safety, and dignity – for our residents as well as for our employees. At tilia, you do not work in a traditional nursing home, but in a clinically demanding environment at the interface between acute hospital, rehabilitation, and complex long-term care.
