To support our team in Eschlikon (CH) as well as in Hard (AT), we are looking for a committed, confident individual as

Head of IT Infrastructure 100% (m/f/d)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT support team
• Active support in complex disruptions (3rd level support) as well as in global system escalations
• Management of cross-site IT projects from budgeting to rollout
• Standardisation and optimisation of IT workstations and systems
• Central control of global IT service providers and external partners
• Coordination of IT audits at various locations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Higher education in computer science (HF/FH/University) or equivalent professional experience with relevant certifications
• Several years of leadership experience as well as solid practical experience in operating IT infrastructures in an international environment (multi-site)
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Strategic foresight for a global organisation as well as a pronounced service mindset
• In-depth technical expertise and comprehensive architectural understanding in the areas of servers, storage, global network infrastructures and client management
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are desired for international collaboration
