Our client is a dedicated competence centre for special educational support in the canton of Aargau. At 15 locations, around 480 employees care with heart and expertise for the education, care and development of people with disabilities.

Job Description

• Accompanying and caring for people with support needs in everyday life.

• Assistance with personal hygiene and daily activities.

• Planning and conducting activities to enhance quality of life.

• Supporting the care team in close collaboration.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ.

• Experience in care and support for people with support needs.

• Empathy, patience and strong social skills.

• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
