- Provide personalized consultations on perfumes, skincare, and makeup.
- Recommend suitable products and application tips to customers.
- Manage customer complaints with sensitivity and care.
Skills
- Completed retail training, preferably in cosmetics or perfumery.
- Ability to provide tailored beauty consultations to clients.
- Experience in active selling, including cross-selling and upselling.

Ideally, you bring:
- Completed training in retail, ideally with a focus on cosmetics or perfumery
- Ability to advise customers appropriately and individually according to their type
- Experience in active sales, cross-selling, and upselling
- Representative appearance suitable for the beauty industry
- Friendly, attentive, and convincing in customer conversations
- Sensitivity to customer needs and wishes
- Flexibility
- Willingness for continuous training on trends, ingredients, and new products
- German (fluent)
- Other languages such as English, French, or Italian are an advantage – especially in tourist regions like the Alps
