As part of our growth strategy, we have the following position to fill:

Designer with Technical Responsibility 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Development and design of components, assemblies and technical solutions
• Creation and maintenance of 3D models, technical drawings and parts lists
• Technical responsibility for the design area as well as ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications
• Coordination and support in technical projects and design tasks
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Optimisation of existing designs and processes
• Technical support and advice to employees on technical questions
• Supervision, guidance and training of our apprentices in the design area

Your profile:

• Completed training as a designer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in design (ideally in the field of high pressure and hydraulics)
• Sound knowledge of CAD (preferably Inventor)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in taking on technical responsibility and working in a team
• Interest in training and promoting apprentices and employees
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and a high quality awareness
