Some young people need more than one measure: a professionally clear contact person who reliably stays involved and opens up new perspectives even after detours.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced job coach who independently manages cases with curiosity and joy, keeps an overview in complex situations and accompanies young people with patience and perseverance.

What you do with us

• You manage your own clients. From the situation analysis through goal agreements and supportive measures to integration into the first vocational and labour market, you accompany the process professionally, reliably and independently.
• You participate in decisions. You determine, based on professional reasoning and in exchange with the team, which learning partners and specialist agencies are involved.
• You hold the system together. Client, training company, vocational school, therapists, guardians and clients bring different perspectives. You moderate, negotiate and enable sustainable decisions within the system.
• You develop follow-up solutions. You find structure building, work trials, taster days, internships and apprenticeships in the primary labour market not only in a database but through relationships you build and maintain.
• You document precisely and punctually. Your progress notes, status and final reports create transparency for clients and document successful integration processes.
• You contribute to shaping. We develop processes, methodology and work tools together. Anyone who sees a good alternative solution contributes it. We are also ambitious about AI and want to progress as a team.

What you bring

• Experience counts: You have many years of job coach practice working with young adults in the primary labour market.
• Solid training: A tertiary degree and training as a coach (ideally with a systemic-solution-oriented approach) make you our expert.
• Networking: Your contacts in the education and labour market are a great asset. Experience with larger training institutions such as training companies, training company networks, professional organisations, etc. is particularly valuable.
• Structure & creativity: You work organised, think and act beyond the obvious and actively contribute to the team.
