• Processing insurance enquiries and ongoing business cases
• Checking and maintaining insurance and contract data
• Administrative processing of transactions in the leasing and insurance sector
• Support in handling claims and insurance cases
• Clarification of open questions with customers and business partners
• Written and telephone contact with insurance companies, dealers and other contacts
• Recording, checking and updating relevant information and documents
• Monitoring pending transactions and ensuring timely processing
• Support with contract changes and administrative adjustments
• Handling matters related to leasing contracts and insurance services
• Identifying optimisation opportunities and actively contributing to process improvements
• Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of transactions
• General administrative support in daily business

Requirements

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in insurance, leasing, financing or automotive environment
• Experience in insurance, claims or contract administration is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and well-organised working style
• Sense of responsibility and strong solution orientation
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Very good German language skills
• French and/or other languages are an advantage
• Quick comprehension and interest in new processes and systems
