About the job
The Gässliacker Foundation is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services for tenants. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas, and the beautiful location complement our services.
To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for a nursing assistant / aide (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Workload: 60 - 100 %
Your tasks:
- Active assistance in providing resident- and needs-oriented care for our residents in all day shifts
- Ensuring comprehensive and individual care and support
- Maintaining care quality
- Entries in the electronic care documentation
- Performing household tasks
- Supporting residents with nutrition
Your profile:
- Training as Health and Social Assistant EBA, SRK Nursing Aide - or equivalent training
- Professional experience in long-term care or in the field of dementia desired
- Enjoyment in working with experienced, care-dependent elderly people
- High social competence, flexibility, and reliability
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
