Your tasks
- independent management and processing of cases
- calculating claims and preparing statements
- advising clients and their relatives
- oral and written information on social insurance issues and the AHV branch office
- occasional assignments at the reception desk of the Social & Health department
Your profile
- completed commercial basic training with experience in the field of additional benefits
- further training as a social insurance clerk or social insurance specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
- enjoy working with people
- a resilient and flexible personality with assertiveness and high social skills
- independent working style and discretion
- good IT user skills (Word, Excel, ZLPro)
