As a Swiss family business, we are present at over twenty locations in Switzerland.For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Technical Site Manager 100% for our branch in Zurich. The place of work is our mandate at Europaallee. Start date 1 June 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Challenge
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of building technology systems (HVAC) as well as ensuring operational readiness
- Carrying out regular inspection rounds and fault analyses including troubleshooting
- Planning, coordinating and carrying out or organising maintenance, repair and servicing work
- Management, coordination and quality control of external service providers and subcontractors
- Carrying out surrounding area work and ensuring site maintenance
- Documentation of all work and system conditions in the CAFM system
- Optimisation of energy and operating costs
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
- Providing on-call service
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE sector or as a maintenance specialist with a technical flair or as a maintenance technician
- Professional experience in a similar field of activity
- Driving licence category B
- Resilient, flexible and reliable personality
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- A sense of safety, cleanliness and openness complete your profile
