Ventilation System Installer with Leadership Responsibilities and Customer Support

• Management and personnel leadership of the service team in the field of ventilation and air conditioning
• Support and active expansion of customer portfolios through acquisition of new service contracts
• Planning of resources and routes as well as organisation of on-call duty to ensure uninterrupted service operations
• Preparation of calculations for service offers, procurement of materials, as well as budget control and invoicing of orders
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with occupational safety regulations

• Completed basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and extensive professional experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Experience in service processing of ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Preferably leadership experience in a technical service environment
• Strong quality awareness, negotiation skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset
• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as a valid driving licence category B
