Your tasks

• Production of bread, pastries and confectionery according to traditional and modern recipes
• Assistance in the catering area
• If interested: oven work
• Responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Creative development of new products and recipes
• Operation and maintenance of baking machines and equipment
• Teamwork to ensure a smooth production process

Your profile

• Completed training as a baker or confectioner
• Experience in the production of baked goods and confectionery in Switzerland
• Passion for the baking craft and an eye for detail
• Team spirit, reliability and independent thinking
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends
• Mobile: work start between 3:00 and 5:00
• Residence in Switzerland
• Good spoken German skills
