Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with 5-Axis Turning/Milling

Responsibilities

Programming, setting up and operating 5-axis turning/milling centres (DMG Mori)
Machining of nickel and cobalt-based alloys
CNC programming at the machine and CAM workstation
Manufacturing of fixtures, clamping jigs and prototypes
Quality inspection and documentation of manufactured parts
Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring order and cleanliness

Requirements

Training as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
Several years of experience in mechanical machining
Good knowledge of Siemens controls and Mastercam
Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
Team player, reliable and resilient
Very good German language skills
Willingness to work 2 shifts and operate multiple machines
