Project Manager Electrical Engineering / High Voltage (m/f/d)

About the job

To support a nuclear power plant in the Zurzach district, we are looking for a Project Manager Electrical Engineering with a focus on High Voltage. The assignment is long-term and aimed at a multi-year commitment. The workplace is located in the canton of Aargau and is easily accessible from the regions of Baden, Brugg, Aarau and Waldshut-Tiengen.

PEKO has been successfully operating as a personnel service provider for more than 40 years. Our employees are mostly permanently employed by us and contribute to our joint success through their work at various client sites in the machinery industry, environmental, energy, nuclear and railway technology sectors. In addition to the temporary placement of specialists, we also mediate permanent positions and carry out our own projects and manufacturing orders.

Tasks:

• You will carry out replacement and refurbishment projects on high voltage systems and accompany them until commissioning
• You will prepare the purchasing specifications for the required components
• You will commission the systems together with the suppliers
• You will support the preventive and corrective maintenance of crane systems, local controls, lifts and building installations
• You will maintain and update the component data in the plant database
• You will prepare reports and maintain the technical documentation

Requirements:

• Completed training as an electrical engineer FH/ETH, energy technician HF or an equivalent higher education
• Experience in project management as well as in the planning and maintenance of high voltage systems
• Sound electrical system knowledge
• Knowledge from the power plant or industrial plant environment is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality with a reliable working style and good communication skills
