Specialist in IT Infrastructure and IT Security 100% (m/f/d)

As a global innovator, the enespa Group develops, builds, and operates economic and sustainable technologies and systems for the circular economy. The core competence lies in plant construction and the associated industrial services. Using forward-looking technologies and an in-house research and development laboratory, in-house plant solutions for the chemical recycling of mixed plastic waste, for oil refining, and for tire pyrolysis are constructed. enespa AG operates companies in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA and employs around 60 staff members.

As a specialist in IT Infrastructure and IT Security, you will serve as a central point of contact for all employees of the enespa Group – both nationally and internationally. You are responsible for all questions related to our IT infrastructure and security and report directly to the Group CEO. You will work closely with various departments and ensure the smooth and secure operation of all systems. With a view to our international orientation, you will actively shape the expansion and further development of the enespa IT landscape. You will accompany the growth of the enespa Group through the targeted use of modern technologies and innovative solutions. You will always keep an eye on all current developments in the field of IT infrastructure and security and strategically implement them to develop our systems to the next level.

How you can support us:

• Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, end devices, cloud services, CRM)
• Planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT security measures
• Support and further development of the IT system landscape
• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation, guidelines, and processes
• Accompanying the monitoring and analysis of security incidents as well as conducting
• vulnerability analyses
• Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments
• Advising management on IT strategy and security issues

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in computer science as well as an advanced qualification (e.g. higher technical school, university of applied sciences, or university) in the field of computer science or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure and/or IT security in a responsible position
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies, Windows, cloud, etc.
• Experience in the field of IT security
• Experience in artificial intelligence and automation is desired
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Proactive personality
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Good knowledge of German and English
