Together with our team, you will be responsible for everyday care and will be a reliable counterpart for the children and young people through quick relationship building. In challenging crisis situations, you keep a cool head.
Other skills you bring:
- You are able to quickly analyze situations, set priorities, and initiate the necessary steps
- You have experience in residential child and youth care and can quickly and effectively contribute to care. Ideally, you have a corresponding degree or professional certificate
