THE PAEDIATRICS DEPARTMENT OF YVERDON HOSPITAL IS LOOKING FOR

This unit, composed of 5 beds, welcomes children up to 16 years old for crisis treatments and child and adolescent psychiatric assessments.

SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. Holding a CAS in mental health would be an asset
• Professional experience desired in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry or paediatrics
• Ability to implement a therapeutic project
• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of the child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient care network
• Experience in counselling, support, supervision in implementing best practices, while ensuring the organisation and execution of activities would be an asset
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating ease in organising and collaborating to maintain and develop interdisciplinary work
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage groups of children and adolescents
