What you will do here
- Assistance in the development and implementation of research projects in the fields of Digital Health, Psychosocial Health, and at the Swiss Center for Care@home
- Support for the field leaders, the management team of the Swiss Center for Care@home, and the project leaders in coordinating projects and knowledge transfer
- Conducting research work
- Preparing presentations and working papers, planning meetings, writing minutes, organizing events, planning and communicating travel
- Assistance in data collection, analysis, reporting of qualitative and quantitative studies, and creating reports and publications
What you ideally bring with you
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) ideally in nursing or a related field, as well as motivation to obtain a Master of Science degree
- Professional experience in nursing, initial experience in scientific work, and knowledge in the area of digital transformation of healthcare is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Interest in the research areas of Digital Health and Psychosocial Health
- Structured working style, teamwork ability, communication skills, good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; native German speaker with good English skills
