What you will do here

Assistance in the development and implementation of research projects in the fields of Digital Health, Psychosocial Health, and at the Swiss Center for Care@home
Support for the field leaders, the management team of the Swiss Center for Care@home, and the project leaders in coordinating projects and knowledge transfer
Conducting research work
Preparing presentations and working papers, planning meetings, writing minutes, organizing events, planning and communicating travel
Assistance in data collection, analysis, reporting of qualitative and quantitative studies, and creating reports and publications

What you ideally bring with you

Bachelor's degree (BSc) ideally in nursing or a related field, as well as motivation to obtain a Master of Science degree
Professional experience in nursing, initial experience in scientific work, and knowledge in the area of digital transformation of healthcare is an advantage
Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Interest in the research areas of Digital Health and Psychosocial Health
Structured working style, teamwork ability, communication skills, good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; native German speaker with good English skills
