Guido Schilling AG is one of the leading executive search boutiques in Switzerland. We specialise in filling selected top positions at board and executive management levels. Our centrally located office is situated in the Prime Tower near Hardbrücke station.
To complement our team, we are looking for an independent individual (m/f/d) as a Junior Consultant Executive Search (80-100%).
As a Junior Consultant Executive Search, you will work closely with experienced consultants and be actively involved in demanding search mandates at top management level in Switzerland. You will gain a unique insight into corporate structures, leadership profiles, and decision-making mechanisms at the highest level and directly contribute to the success of our mandates through your work.
Junior Consultant Executive Search (80-100%)
Your Tasks
- Identification and analysis of companies, markets, and leadership positions
- Research and evaluation of suitable candidates for board and executive management roles
- Direct, telephone contact with selected candidates within ongoing projects
- Close collaboration with our consultants throughout the entire search process
- Preparation of high-quality and professionally presented client documents
Your Profile
- Completed Master’s degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology or a comparable field)
- Interest in leadership topics, economic contexts, and corporate realities
- Analytical thinking, interconnected understanding, and a sense for relationships
- Confident German, good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, structured working style as well as discretion and a high
- Standard of quality and precision
