At MoPi, we organise and accompany medical patient transports throughout Switzerland: professionally, carefully planned and with the highest quality standards. For our growing operation, we are looking for a committed individual in medical dispatch in Bern.

Are you keen on a varied daily routine and knowledgeable about healthcare? Are you strong in organisation and communication? We are not looking for mere clerical work: you plan transports, find solutions and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.

• Coordination and dispatch of medical patient transports throughout Switzerland
• Advising customers and institutions on optimal transport solutions
• Assessment of the medical requirements of a transport
• Communication with customers, patients and our operational team
• Participation in operational patient transport when needed
• Assistance in the further development and improvement of our service offerings

• Basic medical training (e.g. Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, Health Specialist EFZ, Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Transport Paramedic FA)
• Experience in healthcare and understanding of processes in the medical environment
• High organisational skills
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Independent and reliable working style
• Good PC skills
