We are looking for a
Dipl. Nurse HF / FH in Palliative Care Permanent Night Shift 70% - 90%
Your tasks with us
- Holistic care and support of patients with complex, incurable and progressive diseases during the night
- Collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the individual care process
- Recognising, assessing and treating distressing symptoms in interprofessional collaboration
- Promotion and maintenance of the best possible quality of life taking into account the individual needs, values and wishes of the patients
- Support for relatives during the illness as well as in the dying phase and assistance in the farewell process
- Ensuring high-quality care as well as compliance with guidelines, standards and hygiene measures
- Active participation in interprofessional reports, case discussions, supervisions and further training
- Reflection on one’s own actions as well as continuous professional and personal development
