Actively shape strong partnerships with environmental organisations: In your new role, you connect key players, shape sustainable collaborations, and effectively advance strategic initiatives. This creates added value for our strategic partners and positions Migros as a convincing partner in the relevant environment.

What you achieve

• Responsibility for maintaining and further developing strategic partnerships in the environmental sector, actively nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
• Contributing to the development and responsible for the implementation of a sustainable partner strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Organising and participating in networking events with partners to ensure mutual knowledge building within the partnership
• Managing joint initiatives with internal and external stakeholders as well as representing Migros’ interests in relevant committees and networks

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: in the areas of political, communication, economic or environmental sciences
• Professional experience: Many years of experience in partner or stakeholder management
• Communicative and extroverted personality with strong networking and relationship skills and enjoyment of dialogue
• Strong ability to mediate between operational, economic and societal interests
• Confident demeanour, enthusiasm and great joy in further developing and bringing people together
• German (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
