our client in the City of Zurich, an accounting role awaits you with
responsibility, pace and short decision-making paths. Here, pragmatism,
initiative and results count. And incidentally, you can use your fluent
Italian language skills daily.

Tasks

• You independently and reliably manage the
  financial accounting for several hospitality businesses
• You prepare
  monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• You are responsible for
  accounts receivable and payable including payment transactions and dunning
• You reconcile bank,
  cash and balance sheet accounts and ensure the correct posting of all
  business transactions
• You prepare VAT
  returns and support with tax and finance-related
  questions
• You are
  the contact person for internal stakeholders in German and Italian on
  accounting and financial matters
• You actively
  contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of processes in finance and
  accounting

Profile

• You have
  further training in finance and accounting or a comparable
  qualification
• You bring
  several years of professional experience in accounting
• You communicate
  fluently in Italian and very well in German
• You work
  confidently with ERP systems as well as common MS Office (especially Excel!) applications
  (Abacus, SAP, Sage, Dynamics, Business Central,...)
• You are characterised
  by an independent, structured and reliable way of working
• You take
  responsibility, think ahead and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You appreciate
  exchanging with various contacts and convince with an open
  and service-oriented manner
