For our team at the Ursenbach site in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for on-time, quality- and cost-compliant production in the assembly area as well as management of the required capacities and resources
- Technical and personnel leadership, development and needs-based deployment of employees within the area of responsibility
- Ensuring stable and standardised production processes as well as compliance with defined quality, process and occupational safety requirements
- Systematic analysis and continuous optimisation of production workflows regarding quality, productivity, throughput time and process stability
- Ensuring the needs-based availability of equipment, fixtures, tools and aids as well as an orderly material flow
- Building and further developing the skills and flexibility of employees as well as ensuring the necessary training and qualifications
- Managing the area of responsibility based on relevant production key figures and initiating and implementing appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Active participation in investments as well as leading and coordinating improvement projects within and beyond the own area of responsibility
Your profile:
- Completed technical or craft vocational training, ideally with further education in production, process or management
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment as well as experience in technical and/or personnel leadership of employees
- Good technical understanding and pronounced process thinking as well as experience in handling production key figures
- Ability to systematically analyse production processes, identify improvement potentials and implement measures sustainably
- Strong quality, cost and deadline awareness as well as independent and structured working style
- Leadership personality with initiative, assertiveness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good user knowledge of ERP and MS Office systems
