Assistant to the Nursing Management at 80-100% bilingual French/German

• Participate in the assessment, supervision and coordination of interventions according to the needs of the beneficiaries
• Contribute to the organisation and supervision of a team of nurses and nursing assistants
• Ensure, in collaboration with the nursing management, a quality service in care and home support
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation
• Participate in project development and represent the company

• Tertiary level nursing education (HES/ES) or equivalent qualification
• Competence in team management and interaction with various stakeholders
• Professional experience in home care
• Autonomy, creativity and organisational skills
• Knowledge of the medical-social network of the canton of Fribourg
• Comfortable with IT tools and electronic care records
• Fluency in French and German
