YOUR FUTURE TASKS

As an experienced fiduciary professional, you take responsibility for demanding client projects in the finance sector. You work closely with decision-makers, analyse existing processes, and develop sustainable, digital solutions together with the client.

• You independently lead projects for the introduction and optimisation of Abacus software in the finance sector
• You analyse financial processes, identify optimisation potentials, and develop customised solutions
• You configure the software, implement it at the client, and accompany the entire implementation process
• You conduct workshops and training sessions and are the first point of contact for your clients
• You work closely with internal specialists and actively contribute your expertise to the team

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services or finance and accounting
• Further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma, financial and accounting specialist, or comparable qualification
• Interest in digitalisation and ERP systems – Abacus knowledge is a plus but not essential
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment in working with clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly
