Do you enjoy personally supporting our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience? At our Zurich branch, you will find a dedicated Private Banking team that places great value on competence, reliability, and personal closeness. With us, you will take on diverse tasks in the counter and safe business as well as in the services team and be an important contact person for our internal and external customers.
The position is limited until the end of 2027 due to maternity cover, comprises a workload of 80 – 100%, and is ideally to be filled immediately. A later permanent position is possible with appropriate suitability and operational need.

What you will achieve
- You will support and advise our customers at the counter in a friendly and competent manner.
- The independent handling of counter transactions in cash business and cash transactions is part of your daily tasks.
- You will take on the execution and supervision of safe and safe deposit box transactions.
- You recognise customer needs early and forward relevant concerns to the responsible specialists and customer advisors.
- With your strong service orientation, even in various in-house tasks, you contribute to a high service quality and a positive customer experience.
- Compliance with regulatory and security-relevant requirements is a matter of course for you.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in bank counter business or have recently completed your basic banking training.
- You enjoy direct contact with customers at the counter and in-house and are characterised by a strong service orientation.
- Your friendly, confident, and professional manner convinces in personal customer contact.
- An independent, reliable, and precise way of working as well as a trustworthy and discreet handling of customer data and valuables are natural to you.
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
