The tibits family in Bern at Gurtengasse is looking for a new member with experience to support the dedicated team immediately or by arrangement in an 80-100% role. With great passion, you are responsible for your team & our guests during your shift. You enjoy guiding your team both professionally & personally. Together with your team, you bring a smile to our guests' faces.

Your tasks:

• Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the business during your shift
• Scheduling, leading & coaching approximately 6 - 8 employees per shift
• Preparing daily accounts including day-end closing
• Daily completion of minor administrative tasks
• Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note verification
• Conducting the monthly inventory
• Taking over an employee shift at regular intervals
