In the northeastern part of Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence in all things automotive, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and transforming the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event, and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.
For this exciting project, we are looking for committed individuals – both employees and management in deputy roles – who want to help shape it from the very beginning.

Your main tasks:- You prepare our dishes with care and passion - to ensure our guests are culinary delighted
- You assist in menu design and contribute ideas - to keep our offerings fresh, creative, and varied
- You work hand in hand with the service team - because a perfect guest experience is only created together
- You ensure efficient organization in your work area - so that everything runs smoothly even in stressful moments
- You adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations - for a clean and safe working environment

- You are a trained professional in the kitchen or gastronomy sector or bring relevant interest, willingness to learn, and initial experience in the kitchen
