Responsibilities:
Professional, individual care and support of residents according to established care guidelines
Writing evidence-based care plans and implementing them
Taking on shift responsibility and planning and executing related tasks
Accurate recording of care services and care materials on the designated sheets or using EasyDok
Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation while complying with data protection regulations
Competent and professional execution of medical instructions
Correct handling and provision of medications including ordering processes
Assisting with the recording of care effort using BESA (BESA user)
Participation in daily nursing reports
Guidance, advice, and support of staff
Compliance with hygiene regulations
Ensuring the flow of information (duty to inform and collect)
Planning, organising, and evaluating own work
Participation in the training of apprentices
Regular assumption of daily responsibility: implementing and monitoring daily and weekly work plans, leading and advising nursing staff, conducting daily nursing reports, checking cleaning and official duty rosters, receiving concerns from residents, relatives, and external doctors
Profile:
Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional (HF, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP)
Ideally experience in geriatrics
