With over 30 own branches and numerous depots as shop-in-shop areas, we are close to our customers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. To support our Shopfitting & Projects department, we are looking for a technically skilled and highly organised individual who combines practical know-how with project coordination and commercial work.
You have a craft or technical background and want to apply your practical knowledge today primarily in the planning, coordination and administrative support of projects? Then you are exactly right with us.
Technical Clerk (a) Shopfitting and Projects 80% - 100%
Wallisellen as well as travel throughout Switzerland
Tasks you will enjoy:
- You support new build and refurbishment projects of our branches and depot areas – from planning and preparation to implementation on site
- You coordinate smaller construction and technical projects and ensure their timely completion
- You are the interface between internal contacts, craftsmen and external service providers and coordinate the corresponding work
- You assist in obtaining and handling building and operating permits
- You take care of the procurement and organisation of furniture for branches and depot areas – from ordering to delivery and assembly
- You coordinate and accompany the assignments of our internal service technicians as well as external partners
- You obtain quotes, compare them and coordinate appointments
- You assist in monitoring costs, quality and execution
- You organise and accompany maintenance and repair work
- You take on administrative and organisational tasks related to our projects
- You are regularly on site in our branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and ensure professional implementation together with the involved partners
Requirements you bring:
- You have a technical background and have already developed professionally towards technical clerical work, project coordination or administration.
- Commercial training or corresponding professional experience is an advantage.
- You have a good technical understanding and independently find practical, solution-oriented solutions.
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and keep an overview even with several projects running in parallel.
- You present yourself confidently and enjoy communicating with internal contacts, craftsmen and external service providers.
- You enjoy organisation, coordination and administrative tasks.
- You have good MS Office skills.
- You have a category B driving licence and are willing to regularly visit our branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- You bring a hands-on mentality and enjoy not only understanding technical topics but also driving them forward organisationally.
